Career counselling for students and graduates in Kerala and across India
Finished your studies but not sure what comes next? Applying for jobs and hearing nothing back? Feeling stuck while friends seem to be moving ahead, or under pressure from family to “settle”? Career counselling gives you a confidential space to step back, understand what’s weighing on you, and work out your next steps at your own pace.
You’re not alone
Many young people in India are facing the same thing. India’s Periodic Labour Force Survey found that 9.9% of people aged 15 to 29 were unemployed in 2025, rising to 13.6% in towns and cities (MoSPI). The ILO’s India Employment Report 2024 found that young people made up 82.9% of India’s unemployed in 2022, and that the unemployment rate among young graduates was 29.1% (Fortune). In Kerala, youth unemployment has been among the highest of any state (Deccan Herald).
Being without work, or in work that doesn’t fit, isn’t a personal failing. But it can affect your confidence, your sleep, your relationships and your sense of who you are.
