Mindfulness and wellbeing support for startup founders and entrepreneurs
Building a business asks a lot of you, and the pressure often follows you home. This is a confidential space for founders, co-founders and leaders of small teams to step back, make sense of what you’re carrying, and look after your wellbeing while you build.

Why founders come to us
- Stress and anxiety around fundraising, investors, launches and uncertainty
- Feeling burnt out or exhausted from long hours and constant decision-making
- Decision fatigue, and finding it hard to switch off
- Imposter feelings and self-doubt
- Strain in relationships with co-founders, team members or family
- Wanting to balance ambition with your own wellbeing
What to expect
Sessions combine mindfulness-based techniques with person-centred counselling. We work at your pace and focus on what matters to you, rather than following a fixed script.
In your first appointment, we’ll talk about what has brought you here and what you’d like support with. We’ll also explain how sessions work, including confidentiality. You can ask questions and decide whether you’d like to continue.
Later sessions might include space to talk things through, practical mindfulness exercises you can use during your working day, and time to reflect on patterns that affect your wellbeing.
How the sessions work
- One-to-one sessions: online, or in person in Palakkad (we share the location when your appointment is confirmed)
- Group mindfulness lessons: learn and practise mindfulness alongside other founders
- Session length and frequency: please get in touch to discuss what would suit you
- Fees: please get in touch to discuss fees
- Languages: English, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and Telugu

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be in crisis to come?
No. Many people come because they want space to think, to manage pressure better, or to stop things building up. This service isn’t an emergency service and doesn’t replace medical or psychiatric care. If you’re in crisis or have urgent concerns about your mental health, please call Tele-MANAS on 14416 or 1-800-891-4416 (free, 24 hours). In an emergency, call 112.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. What you share is kept confidential, within limits we’ll explain at your first appointment. One example is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.
Can I attend online?
Yes. One-to-one sessions are available online, so you can join from wherever suits your schedule.
What if I’ve never tried therapy before?
That’s fine. You don’t need to know what to say or have a clear goal. We’ll start where you are and go at a pace that feels comfortable.
How do I book?
Use the Book an Appointment page to send your details and a preferred date, and we’ll be in touch to arrange your first session.
